On Friday, April 5th, 2024, Tsz Ching (Michelle) Wong from the CSB499 independent research program presented her project on investigating the effects of shikimate, glucose, and protocatechuate on biofilm formation by Listeria innocua. Ryan Harrak from the CSB498 independent research program presented his project on screening potential ligands for plant skl1 using Alphafold and AutoDock Vina.
